Our goal is to provide you with great products at great prices. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. The following information is provided to clarify our policies.

Payment in full is required prior to release of the merchandise to you or your delivery company.


Eligible resellers are required to supply a copy of their State Resale License and complete a Tax Exemption Form at the time of purchase, specifically stating the furniture being bought is for resale.

There is no refund, cancellation, return, exchange or credit of the order or payment except as detailed in DAMAGES / DEFECTS below.

Treat Gift Cards as cash. Gift Cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Card does not expire. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards can not be replaced. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Nadeau location within the US.

Delivery is not included in your purchase price, nor do we provide or offer delivery of your merchandise. We can suggest a delivery service for you to contract with for delivery of your furniture. We will attempt to help you in any way with any method of delivery you select, but please be aware that this transaction is between you and the delivery company. In the unlikely event of any damage or delays in your delivery, you will need to handle it directly with the company or persons with whom you contracted. We do not supply any packing materials or hold-downs. We are not responsible should damage occur while you load your vehicle. Nadeau staff may be available to assist but assume no responsibility or liability.

Merchandise not picked up after 30 calendar days from date of purchase will be considered abandoned and no monies will be refunded.

Items will not be released for pick-up or delivery without a paid receipt. Nadeau is not responsible for any lost or stolen receipt.

Nadeau does not warranty any merchandise. Nadeau makes no statement of warranty, agreements, or representations, express or implied, except as stated in writing. Please take ample time for proper inspection at the time you receive the merchandise. Claims for visible damage must be made at that time. There will be no adjustment thereafter.

Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.

Due to the uniqueness of some products – color, finish, grain, fabric, and dye may vary on each item. Irregularities and variations in color and texture are characteristic of these product types. This adds to its natural beauty and should not be considered a defect. Continual exposure to light and temperature changes will affect the wear of the merchandise.

Please inspect all merchandise prior to leaving the store. Notify us immediately of any damage noticed at the time of accepting the merchandise. Factory defected items are eligible for exchange. We will not be responsible for any damages made by you or your delivery company. Any delivery for merchandise being returned to Nadeau is at your expense. You are responsible for the cost of any rejected or partially rejected delivery.

You are responsible for any size limitations or constraints in receiving your merchandise. Please be conscious of passages (i.e., stairwells, doorways, elevators, vehicles) that may cause a problem for you or your delivery company. Nadeau does not accept returns for items that do not fit into spaces.

If Nadeau has to commence any proceedings to enforce the terms hereof, you shall pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees in addition to court costs. The title to the merchandise shall remain with Nadeau until the entire amount due has been paid in full. If we receive a returned check or stop payment check, you will be charged $25 for each bounced check. All ensuing amounts due will become payable in cash or cashier’s check.

All sales orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Nadeau’s management.
